Our guests can embark on a culinary journey of a very special kind every evening when enjoying the various, constantly changing themed buffets. We look forward to presenting you the great variety of our regional delicacies! Our highly trained and friendly staff will be happy to advise you on composing your perfect “menu”. To perfectly round off the ideal culinary evening, our delicious cheese buffet attracts with a large selection of international and regional cheeses.
All our meat and fish specialties are of local origin. We also offer numerous vegetarian options. On request, we can prepare special dishes for allergy sufferers and guests with food intolerances.
Our excellently assorted range of wines, which will make the hearts of wine lovers beat faster, will perfectly round off your culinary evening. Before or after dinner, our house bar and stylish alpine lounge are available to enjoy an aperitif or digestif and offer a large selection of cocktails!

The best way to start your day in the mountains! After a restful night our delicious and legendary breakfast awaits you in our light-flooded restaurant. The scent of coffee and freshly baked goods will immediately stimulate your appetite. Tea lovers will have a fine selection of different teas to choose from. As well you will find various egg dishes, homemade bacon, fresh fruit, a large muesli and yoghurt selection, home-made jams, milk products from our production and high-quality ham, sausages and cheeses. Our breakfast does not only offer an abundant choice, absolute freshness, high quality but also an important relation to regional manufacturers in all our products.
