Please be advised that for the purpose of simplifying the purchasing process and for later contract processing, the IP data of the connection owner, as well as the name, address, and credit card number of the buyer, will be stored by the webshop operator within the scope of cookies.
The data you provide is necessary for the performance of the contract or for the execution of pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. Data will not be passed on to third parties, with the exception of passing on credit card details to the processing bank institutions/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport company/shipping company commissioned by us for the delivery of the goods, and to our tax advisor for the fulfilment of our tax obligations.
If the purchase process is cancelled, any data stored by us will be deleted. In the event of a contract being concluded, all data relating to the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the statutory retention period (7 years).
The data concerning name, address, goods purchased, and purchase date will be stored further until the expiry of product liability (10 years). Data processing is carried out on the basis of the statutory provisions of § 96 para 3 TKG and Art 6 para 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit b (necessary for contract fulfilment) of the GDPR.
